"MCovid 19 Update: I have been teaching online classes only but beginning in May 2021 will be using a hybrid approach (teaching in both the studio and on Zoom). Currently all teaching is @ Glenmore Yoga and Wellness.
You can check their schedule and register for classes
on their website glenmoreyoga.com
You’ll find me regularly teaching:
I also teach ageless gentle yoga (hybrid), chair yoga (online), mindful classes and bone strengthening yoga (studio only).
Begining October 23, following the wonderful Taize service at St. Thomas Episcopal church on Hawthorn Ave. On 4th Sundays. I will lead a short gentle practice appropriate for all. Chairs and some props available. If you prefer the floor, we’ll have mats, bring a firm cushion and hand sized towel to join us in 15 minutes of gentle movement designed for self regulation, mental and physical wellness, followed by a guided meditation that should help you have a restful evening and good night’s sleep. It will be a perfect follow up to Taize.
